In its latest FEC filing, Palm Inc. is warning investors that PalmSource (a subsidy of Japan's Access Co.) has missed development milestones for the new Linux-based Palm OS. The new OS was first announced [1] in February after Access acquired PalmSource and decided to abandon Palm OS 6 (Cobalt) in favor of a new codebase.
