Microsoft, Yahoo launch mobile ad programs

Following Google's lead, Microsoft and Yahoo have each announced new mobile advertising initiatives. Microsoft has expanded Windows Live Search to include paid text ads along with search results. Similarly, Yahoo announced last week that it will offer advertising on its mobile search engine, initially at the same rates as desktop search ads.
