Visto sues RIM for patent infringement

Visto has sued Research In Motion (RIM) for allegedly violating its patents related to mobile email delivery. Visto previously sued Seven for violating a similar set of patents and was awarded $3.6 million in damages. It's déjà vu for RIM, which recently settled a long-running patent dispute with NTP.
